CHARACTERISTICS

REGION
Our wines come from vineyards located in the village of La Pobla de Massaluca, department of "Terra Alta", the most southern port of the Terra Alta Denomination. With an extension of 43,2 km2 and an altitude of 363 meters, it is the only village ot the region that touches the famous Ebro River.

ORIGIN
This young white wine comes from beautiful terraces that decorate and undulating hill sites. With strong and deep soi|s with on exce|ient exposition we obtain exce||ent grapes which are the backbone for any good wine.

VINIFICATION
After careful fermentation temperature controlled, focused on getting the most of aromas and fruity palate as possible. Obtained from the blend of two varieties own essence and charm of the area where it is located and personality white wines Terra Alta.

 

TASTING NOTES

TASTING NOTES 
A rich yellow color with gotd tints. The first nose is delicate, fresh and balanced, with aromas of sun-drenched soil, vanilla and broom. Twirling reveals entrancing and very matured notes of while flesh fruit, syrup of peer, apricot and honey. The pulcie is ample with a fresh attack with flavors of cinnamon and wild flowers.

TEMPERATURE
Best serve at 14°C.

ACCOMPAN|MENT
Classical: Chicken & lobster in cream sauce.
Terroir: Omelet with black truffles, place in garlic mayonnaise and young tender asparagus.
Ethnic: Carpaccio of Pilgrim’s scallops with truffle oil.
